Model Hair Form and Guidelines

This seminar is designed to provide you the opportunity to begin promoting your business immediately so it is important you choose the RIGHT model.

Your Start Kit provides 1 MicroLines hair integration piece hand tied with 7 Star Hairdreams hair. Please use these guidelines for choosing your model and fill out the two forms provided below.

UNACCEPTABLE LENGTH
& PROBLEM AREA

You need at least 4” of hair for your model to be approved for training. These example are possible for experienced extension stylist but is NOT possible for a basic training.

ACCEPTABLE LENGTH
& PROBLEM AREA

Your model must have AT LEAST 4” of hair around the perimeter near the top in order to attach the MicroLines.

MicroLines Color

Using the Hairdreams MicroLines Color Ring match the swatches to the ends and mid-shaft of your model’s hair. Then after matching, choose the closest color combinations desired for your model’s hair creations.

Acknowledgment

I understand I must make sure that the model’s own hair color is fresh and will blend/match the colors I have chosen and that the models own hair will be freshly shampooed with NO product or conditioners on the day of the training.

The contract holder must be present at the seminar in order to participate in the training process regardless if they are a licensed cosmetologist.

Hairdreams allows a total of 2 stylists / licensed cosmetologists per model for basic training and must attend both days to be certified. Any additional stylist will require a second model with the purchase of a MicroLines and a Half knit for training.

All required forms must be received four weeks prior to training. (Model Order and Participation Form.)
